Phalaenopsis Lyndon Red Sun bloom

First flower opened, one more bud to go. Sogo Lawrence x Kung's Red Cherry:

Flower is very thick and looks heavy. I like it.

Of course camera flash messed up the color. It is more like brownish marks on the greenish background instead of read on yellow.

Here I tried to make a picture without flash but in the tank with T5 lights:

Phal. Lyndon Red Sun spike.

Three weeks ago I was wondering why Phal. Lyndon Red Sun doesn't bloom when all the other plants do.
Well, I think it took a hint and here is a spike:

Very curious how the flower will look like...

Phal. Lyndon Red Sun update

Well, the update is probably not really necessary since nothing special happened to this plant, but with all other phals actively spiking in the orchid tanks - this one not spiking kind of stands out. On the positive note - it grew lots of roots and large floppy leaves with nice burgundy tinge. Those leaves are glossy and hard and resemble the leaves of hardy noIds sold at grocery stores, so maybe it could stand a bit drier conditions and doesn't have to take space in the orchid tank?

Real reason for posting about Lyndon Red Sun is to record this picture:

It is a screenshot of USA orchid vendor website as of September 5, 2013 with bunch of Phal. Lyndon Red Sun plants advertised at drastically different prices ranging from $28 to $150. I am almost sure that my plant came from the same origin and now really curious into which range my bloom would fit.
So when my Phal. Lyndon Red Sun will decide to bloom I would need to remember to go back to this post and compare my flower to these ones.

Phal. Lyndon Red Sun

It turns out that Phalaenopsis Sogo Lawrence x Kung's Red Cherry cross that I entered recently actually has a name.
It was registered in 2011 as Phalaenopsis Lyndon Red Sun.
Unfortunately google image search on this name didn't yeld any results either. So I still have no idea what the blooms would look like.
Well, at least I know its name now. And the name suggests that it could be red...

PS: As I was updating my current orchids list, I noticed that I have at least three hybrids with Lyndon prefix. Search through the register showed 10 dtps and 32 phals registered with names starting with Lyndon by Lyndon Lin - an orchid grower from Taiwan.

Phalaenopsis Sogo Lawrence x Kung's Red Cherry

I don't really like the flowers of Sogo Lawrence that much, but I do like the blooms of Kung's Red Cherry a lot. I could not find any pictures of their cross, so there is a chance that I will not like it.

For now it is a mature plant with red tinged leaves. Leaves are hard and remind me those of the noid phals. There is no spike, but I think plant is large enough to bloom.
