Phal. Mancervi blooms

I was waiting for the first bud to open on my Phal. Mancervi and it came out just awesome (and for some reason I see the hooded dude from Assassin's Creed crucified in the middle of bloom on the first picture):

Dark and glossy it is hard to photograph with flash though. I tried different settings but it still has reflection.

There are couple more buds to open:

Two buds ..

that I am really looking forward to opening:

It is a cross of Phal. mannii and cornu-cervi and is called Mancervi.
The buds are still very tiny but already show a color. They look just like the buds on my cornu-cervi red.
I hope the flowers will be different though.

Phalaenopsis Mancervi - new spike.

With this one I wasn't totally sure whether it was a spike or a root at first.

Looking at the picture made with macro lens it is now clear that the growth is indeed a new spike.

I am actually pretty excited about this spike and can't wait until it matures. There is a remainings of an old spike, but it was already spent when the plant came to me so I never saw the flowers.
The purple splotches on the plant are from the bright light. I noticed this habit on my cornu-cervi red too. To me it looks like someone spilled the purple ink all over the plant and then didn't clean it properly.

Phalaenopsis Mancervi

Here is another victim of low-light conditions in humidity trays. It arrived back in July with a new leaf just starting up and here what became of it:

Unproportionally long comparing to the previous leaves.
Now in the tank it is starting the new one:

Would be interesting to see how it will turn out.

Phalaenopsis Mancervi

This cute little bushy phal is a primary hybrid between cornu-cervi and mannii.
Plant has nice root system and an old spike.

Spike is not active now, I hope this hybrid reblooms on old spikes like cornucervi does, so I didn't cut off the spike.
