Yellow leaves on both javanicas

Here is what is going on:

Being an optimist I am hoping it is just normal aging process, but still it is strange that the smaller one has two yellowing leaves at once. Usually they are shedded one by one.
Need to keep an eye on them...

These two stubborn little things refuse to spike despite all the spa treatment they get now in the tank.

Repotted javanicas

Got these two plants of Phalaenopsis javanica last spring from Ten Shin Gardens. They were supposed to be blooming sized but never bloomed yet.
I decided to put them both into heated propagation trays together with phalaenopsis seedlings to take advantage of hot and humid conditions of that "phal-paradise".
Both were repotted into fresh moss and clean pots to make sure that nothing funny gets into those trays.

Unpotted javanicas showed some new root growth:

Now potted into new pots with fresh sphagnum moss ready to go into humidity trays for their "orchid vacation":

Here I digged out an old picture of them on arrival, apparently they grew two new leaves each:

Does anybody have Phalaenopsis javanica? How do you convince it to bloom?

Javanicas

Both Phalaenopsis javanica plants started to grow a new leaf:

Couple black spots on one of them worry me a bit. Will see if they grow in size or not. Might have to cut half of the leaf off.

Phalaenopsis javanica

I wanted this species for a while and it was in the most wanted list. I was searching for it through all the canadian vendors and non-canadian that are visiting our shows. The only vendor that had Phalaenopsis javanica - was Ten Shin Gardens. I bought two of them just in case - they look so small and fragile, but should be big enough to bloom.
