Masdevallia amplexa

Masdevallia amplexa came in October from Ecuagenera. It is my first masdie that I am trying along with pharg and dracula to see if I can grow them.
I picked the amplexa specie because it is stated in several sources as the one that can tolerate warmer temperatures.



I already managed to kill all the roots, or maybe they weren't that good to start with, but there is a new growth going, so it gives me some hope.
I moved it into net pot with sphag to let it dry faster and use rain water for watering.
If anyone has tips about culture, please share. Any advice will be appreciated.
