Paphiopedilum malipoense

Paph. malipoense finished blooming some time ago. There was no activity in any growth and I was wondering if it maybe supposed to have a rest after blooming. However I continued to water and fertilize it regularly.
Now there are some nubs at the plants base:



When I noticed them for the first time I wasn't sure if they are roots or new fans. Now it looks like the growth on the left is a new fan. Still not sure what the others are...
