Phal. violacea var. alba II is growing

Phal. violacea var. alba II had her newest leaf damaged and cut off. Now there is a new leaf start:



Aerial root that appeared stalled on arrival now shows active green point.
I guess it is adjusting well to my environment.

Can't wait for orchidarium to get here so I wouldn't have to run around all these humidity trays (rolling eyes).
