Phal. amboinensis II with pod and new blooms

After I pollinated Phal amboinensis II I expected it to concentrate all energy on growing a pod. Well, instead it produces two more spikes and opened a flower on each one:

At the same time it started to grow a new leaf and producing bunch of new roots:

Now, the question is - should I cut off the spikes, or cut off the pod, or just let the plant to do its thing and hope for the best?
Any suggestions?

  2. Flower, Flower! Keep the flowers! :P Just fertilize this plant more?? :) I think that's what I would do :)
