Phal. Kuntrarti Rarashati

Phalaenopsis Kuntrarti Rarashati was the only pant that showed definite signs of the stress from the bright light in my orchid tank. I put it on the middle shelf which was getting the most light before I lowered the levels and removed one tube from the fixture.

Other plants were there too but none of them looked any different.
Kuntrarti Rarashati did. Leaves became dark with purple veining and not fresh and crisp as they were before:

I moved it to the front, to the lowest place - farthest from the lights. Hope it will be ok.

Phal Kuntrarti Rarashati bud

Phalaenopsis Kuntrarti Rarashati is a primary hybrid between Phal. equestris and Phal. venosa. Mine is still a small plant but it activated its teeny spike and is growing a bud.
I don't know if it is such a good idea and was wondering if I should have cut the spike so plant could concentrate effort on growing new leaves and roots.
Well, now with bud progressing I want to see the flower, so here is the picture and hope this one will not blast:

Phalaenopsis Kuntrarti Rarashati

Phalaenopsis Kuntrarti Rarashati is a hybrid between Phal. equestris and Phal. venosa. I got this little 'chid with group of other phals from Kingfisher Orchids and just realized that I didn't file any of them here.
Still looks like a keiki, but has tiny flower spike started already. There is not much roots - just one aerial outside the pot and one long one inside the moss. It worries me a little, but other then that plant looks healthy. Hope it will grow some more roots...
