Phal. amboinensis II with pod and new blooms

After I pollinated Phal amboinensis II I expected it to concentrate all energy on growing a pod. Well, instead it produces two more spikes and opened a flower on each one:

At the same time it started to grow a new leaf and producing bunch of new roots:

Now, the question is - should I cut off the spikes, or cut off the pod, or just let the plant to do its thing and hope for the best?
Any suggestions?

Phal. Lyndon Equator Jewel II bloomed

It actually bloomed few days ago, I just didn't have time to make a picture and post. Here it is:

Apparently this cross blooms twice a year, since it just finished flowering last summer. I like pastel colors and light vanilla-like fragrance...

Neofinetia falcata 'Shojo'

Was watering plants and noticed start of a new growth on Neofinetia:

It is getting clumpier and clumpier. I have repotted it into plastic pot because it was drying out too fast in the clay pot. Now it is a fifth fan started on it and this time on the right side. All the previous growths were concentrated on the left for some reason:

Still didn't get any more neos, there is always something else that takes priority, plus they are not exactly cheap...
